I modified this recipe from the Cheesy Chicken and Rice. We enjoy both variations. Sometimes we have too much chicken each week, so adding ham is a great option.

Ingredients
1 1/2cups
ham, diced
1 3/4cups
chicken broth
2cups
minute-style rice
2cups
broccoli, frozen
8ounces
cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
In large skillet, brown ham with a little oil. Add broth and bring to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Cover and cook on low for about 5 minutes. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
